It might look like this:
Denver
Santa Fe
Albuquerque (Sleep)
Oklahoma City
Austin (Sleep)
New Orleans (Sleep)
It's no more than 10 hours between any of those cities, which is manageable.
Cool. The southwest!

The end is in sight. Must be a bittersweet feeling: don't end, or 'let's go home'. Still think that San Antonio is worth a visit.
In 1970, I kept a handwritten diary as I criss-crossed England and used an old Kodak camera to take slides and tracked my progress with a pen on (paper) regional maps. Who would ever have thought that diaries would be interactive with immediate feedback from anywhere in the world. Enjoy the ride to Santa Fe. Dad
What a trip. Looking forward to your stories.
Santa Fe! Yes! End of the trail for some cattle drives. Supposed to be a really decent city. Cue the Gene Autry music! Git along l'il doggie.
And now you have another SACME person to stay with in New Mexico, if you so wish. She is reserving the "Visiting Scholar Suite" for you!
